By accessing or using Meal Planning OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meal Planning OS is a digital planning tool designed to help users organize meals and reduce decision fatigue. It does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Nothing in the Service — including recipes, suggestions, templates, menus, or notes — is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, or to substitute for the advice of a licensed professional.
Meal Planning OS is available via a one-time payment. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or abuse of the Service.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. After this period, all sales are final. To request a refund within the 7-day window, email steven [at] mealplanningos.com.
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to time savings, health outcomes, or lifestyle improvements. Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions of outcomes are illustrative only and your results will vary based on your individual circumstances, habits, and usage.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from loss of data. You use the Service at your own risk.
Recipes, meal ideas, ingredient lists, and any nutritional references are for general informational and planning purposes only. They are not professional dietary, nutritional, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have allergies, medical conditions, medications, or specific nutritional needs. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or suitability of any recipe or suggestion for your individual situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Meal Planning OS, its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
All content, design, layout, structure, organization, methodology, workflows, taxonomies, categorization systems, templates, menus, copy, graphics, code, and the overall "look and feel" of Meal Planning OS are the exclusive property of Meal Planning OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws. The system's structure, organization, and methodology — including the way meals, menus, plans, grocery lists, and freezer inventory are arranged and connected — are proprietary to Meal Planning OS.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal meal planning. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service or any portion of it, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Your own recipes, notes, and data that you input remain yours.
Your meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists belong to you. We store your data to provide the Service. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, share your account credentials, or use it in any way that could harm the Service or other users.
We may update features, pricing for new customers, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Existing lifetime access holders will not be charged again.
